Nathan Dudney
Born in Nashville, Tennessee and raised in a competitive shooting household, Nathan began working in the firearms and munitions industry after receiving a degree in Psychology and Military Science from the University of Mississippi. Nathan has spent ten years working with manufacturers across a variety of roles including product management, sales and marketing, program management, manufacturing and business management. Over the past six years, Nathan has been focused on OEM business to business manufacturing, servicing and making products for some of the largest munitions and firearms companies in the United States. Nathan is an avid outdoorsman and conservationist.
Joel Stanley
Born in Oneonta, New York Joel grew up as an avid outdoorsman with a passion for hunting, fishing and outdoor activities. At a young age Joel worked in an injection molding facility owned and operated by his family learning all facets of the business. Joel attended and graduated with a degree in photography working as a photographer until his passion for business led him back to manufacturing. For the past 25 years Joel has had positions in manufacturing including Production Manager, Purchasing Manager, Sales and Account Manager and General Manager. His time spent in these positions serviced several markets including Automotive, Industrial, Consumer and Gun Components. Joel has worked with large OEM’s throughout his career requiring managing and operating under highly stringent guidelines and quality standards.
Evan Dungan
Born and raised in the Catskill Mountains of upstate New York Evan earned a degree in design and began his career in Injection molding at an early age. He has served this industry for 21 years holding positions from design engineer through plant management and most recently as operations manager. With a majority of his career spent supplying precision automotive components to major tier 1 and tier 2 suppliers he applies the discipline of automotive processes and procedures to all aspects of manufacturing. Outside of work you will find him spending time with his family outdoors hiking, camping and riding all terrain vehicles.
Mark Hillis
Born in McMinnville TN and raised on a country farm between 2 mountains where working and hunting hard was part of daily life. Journeyman tool and die maker with 26 years’ experience building, maintaining and designing molds, Feinblanking die, transfer dies and progressive dies on products for both automotive and sporting companies. Has multiple design patents on magazine components. Has 30+ years’ experience in building his own firearms and loading his custom rounds for multiple wildcat and standard rounds.
Nick Jackson
Nick brings almost a decade of injection molding experience to the team. He has spent time as a die/mold setter, a process tech and finally in tool and die maintenance. He loves spending time with his family outdoors and is a big college football and basketball follower.
